The Senior Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search leads end-to-end recruitment assignments and acts as a trusted talent advisor to clients, delivering hiring solutions across professional and leadership roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
Partner clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
Source, assess, and interview mid- to senior-level candidates
Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients
Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and reports
Build long-term client and candidate relationships
Support junior consultants where required
1-2 years experience in recruitment, executive search, or client-facing advisory roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to manage multiple assignments independently
Commercially aware with a consultative mindset
