We are currently seeking dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Recruitment Consultants - at any level - to join our growing team. You will be responsible for shaping your own specialization, team and division. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering high-quality talents under tight timelines.
What you will do
- Business Development calls to generate new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain a strong client network and talent pipeline.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an external recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Existing track record within an agency setting, preferably in a 360 recruitment capacity.
