Job Description

Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global Technology Giant, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Singapore to work onsite (hybrid). As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
  • Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
  • Be a recruitment best practice champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Professional Experience

  • Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation
  • Prior experience in hiring for Non-Technical roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, IT Literate with MS Office suite
  • Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
  • Able to commute to the office at least 3 times a week (in the CBD) and 2 days work from home
  • Candidates must be CEI Certified
