Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Recruiter will provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and engaging with candidates across various functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for junior-level roles through job portals, social media, community outreach, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters, onboarding documentation, and employment contracts.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
