Job Summary

Support the Tenders & Contracts Manager by preparing tender submissions and managing contract-related processes to ensure compliance and timely certification of payments, contributing to successful project delivery in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions that meet project requirements and deadlines
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and finalization of project contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Solicit and compile quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring all submissions comply with project specifications and drawings
• Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to support accurate contract documentation and submissions
• Establish and maintain effective communication and rapport with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate certification of claims for payment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction contract management
