Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Administration
- Draft and review contracts and subcontracts with main and sub contractors.
- Ensure clarity on scope, specifications, tolerances, and interface responsibilities.
- Manage variation orders, extension of time claims, and contractual notices.
2. Cost Control & Valuation
- Monitor actual costs against budgets during production and installation phases.
- Prepare interim valuations and progress claims based on production milestones and site installation.
- Maintain accurate cost records and update cash flow forecasts.
3. Final Accounts & Reporting
- Negotiate and agree on final accounts with suppliers, main and sub contractors.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and attend project review meetings.
- Support project teams with commercial insights and risk mitigation strategies
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years QS experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in pre-cast or structural concrete work.
- Familiarity with pre-cast production, delivery logistics, and on-site erection processes.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
