SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for construction projects
• Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for quantity take-offs and measurements
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and manage sub-contractor payments
• Perform all other QS-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with main-contractor firms
• Strong track record in contract negotiation, administration, and handling variation orders
• Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, analytical, and an excellent problem-solver
• A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
