Job Description

Manage tender submissions and oversee ongoing project execution
Prepare contract documentation and perform quantity take-offs
Develop cost estimates and compile tender submissions
Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts
Control and track project budgets and expenditure.
Prepare and submit main contract progress claims and variation order (VO) claims
Liaise with consultants and developers regarding progress payments and variation matters.
Handle procurement processes, including preparation of tender documents, sourcing quotations, and evaluating submissions.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and recommend contract awards.
Prepare subcontract and supplier agreements.
Assess and certify subcontractors and suppliers progress claims.
Review, evaluate, and verify subcontractors variation orders.
Finalize and settle project final accounts.
