Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architectPrepare and analyze cost comparison.
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
Preparation of Monthly Main Claim and variation orders to consultant.
Preparation of Monthly sub-contractor payment certificate, variation orders, final accounts settlement.
Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control.
Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts.

Be familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline.
Minimum 5 years and above M&E QS work experience in the Construction industry.
Experience in handing tendering large scale building project would be advantageous.
