Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents and identify project scope and technical requirements
- Source and evaluate quotations according to project specifications
- Manage tender queries and clarifications with vendors and clients
- Perform quantity take-offs for Civil Structure
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions
- Review contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors
- Prepare presentation slides and technical proposals for client meetings and tender submissions
- Consolidate and update tender invitations from clients
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Manage multiple tender submissions and adapt to transitions between divisions
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS in Civil Structure projects
- Prior experience working with main Contractors is an advantage
- Experienced QS with a strong background in Civil & Structural trades
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
