Manage tender projects and on-going projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for tender submissions and ongoing projects. Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) in accordance with Singapore Standard.
Manage final account preparation and settlement for both clients and subcontractors.
Monitor project budgets and costing to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Coordinate with Main Contractors on progress payments, payment certificates, and variation order matters.
Manage contract administration, including VO (Variation Orders), EOT (Extension of Time) claims support, progress claims, and interim valuations.
Prepare and review subcontract agreements and procurement packages, hand tools, and other project necessities.
Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
Manage final account preparation and settlement for both clients and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore, preferably with main contractors or A&A/R&R/Building/Infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software will be an added advantage.
