Company Overview:
We are a Singapore-based specialist contractor focusing on faade systems, curtain walls, and architectural aluminium works. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage full QS scope for faade and aluminium projects, including tendering, costing, and final account settlement.
- Prepare interim progress claims, variation orders, and cost reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for all contractual and commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and BCA regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of QS experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Strong background in faade systems, curtain wall, or aluminium works.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers).
Advantages:
