Senior Project Engineer (A1 building main contractor)

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
• Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.
• Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.
• Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors works, in compliance to specific requirement

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with building projects
• Candidates with A1 main contractor experience are highly desirable
• Willing to work in the East
