Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyor (A1 main contractor)

Job Description

• Oversee cost management and budget control for mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and successful project delivery.
•  Prepare and review tender and contract documents.
•  Evaluate project cost effectiveness and propose cost-saving measures.
•  Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost reports.
•  Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
•  Handle procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
•  Monitor project expenditures against budgets.
•  Collaborate with project teams to meet project goals.
•  Provide financial performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with over 5 years of experience may qualify for the Senior M&E QS role.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying practices.
• Experience managing construction project budgets and costs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
• Excellent contract negotiation and procurement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
