RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Procurement Performance & Value Creation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an ambitious Procurement strategy aligned with the tannery's growth and competitiveness objectives.
- Transform Procurement into a true lever for value creation and innovation.
- Conduct in-depth cost structure analyses (cost breakdown, TCO), identify and secure sustainable cost-saving levers.
- Optimize the Procurement budget, lead corrective action plans, and ensure achievement of savings targets.
- Implement advanced KPIs and dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
2. Operational Excellence
- Deploy best practices and support the digital transformation of Procurement.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH Procurement standards.
3. Management of Strategic Supplier Relationships
- Select, evaluate, and manage a high-performing, innovative, and resilient supplier ecosystem.
- Secure supply chains, strengthen long-term partnerships, and proactively manage risks.
4. Cross-functional Partnership
- Support innovation and sustainability projects.
- Coordinate Procurement activities with Finance, Production, Quality, and Legal departments to maximize overall performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to quality standards, and CSR requirements.
- Support teams in audit follow-up, non-compliance management, and certification processes (SRCP / ICFA).
5. Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate framework agreements, NDAs, GTCs, and all legal documents related to Procurement.
- Ensure the security and archiving of contractual documents in coordination with the Legal department.
- Oversee the digitization and traceability of Procurement documents to guarantee compliance and security.
