Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities:
The role of the Head, Corporate Transformation & Services involves leading transformation initiatives to enhance the organisation's effectiveness and service integration. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for process optimization, system automation, and digital transformation. The role also involves driving change projects that strengthen governance, cost efficiency, and cross-divisional collaboration. Additionally, the Head is responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting progress to the Executive Director and Board committees.

Key Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Organisational development

  • Strategic alignment:

Partner with leaders to understand business strategy and develop organisational learning and development plans that support it.

  • Change management:

Lead or co-lead organisation-wide change initiatives, manage stakeholder communication, and help employees navigate change.

  • Capability building:

Design and implement programmes to build the skills and capabilities of leaders and employees across the organisation.

  • Process improvement:

Examine and recommend changes to organisational structure, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Digital transformation:

Drive the organisation's digital transformation roadmap, including automation and systems integration and strengthen data governance, data protection, and enable data-driven decision-making.

People management

  • Performance management:

Design and implement an enhanced Performance Management Framework that aligns with the organisation's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

  • Leadership and coaching:

Coach managers and employees on leadership skills, performance management, and career development.

  • Talent management:

Collaborate on talent management and succession planning strategies.

  • Facilities & Infrastructure Management:

Oversee all facilities and physical infrastructure across Club HEAL sites and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, and space optimization as well as drive infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle asset planning.

  • Solid knowledge of modern organisational development concepts, theories and practices

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Achievements/ Characteristic:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development or a related field
  • At least 8 to 10 years experience working in a related field such as HR, Business or Management, as well as relevant experience in Organisational Development.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing approval papers, with the ability to navigate approval and compliance processes.
  • Strong process management orientation with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives will be advantageous.
