Serving over 1,600 clients annually, the organization conducts more than 9,000 psychotherapy sessions, offers workshops and resources, and engages in community outreach to break stigma and improve access to care. Specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and other mental health areas, Clarity Singapore also provides consultations, clinical supervision, and training for mental health professionals. With locations in Yishun and Toa Payoh, the charity seeks to make a significant impact through collaboration with partners such as NCSS, AIC, KTPH, and IMH.

Role Overview

The Head of Clinical Services is a key leadership role responsible for guiding the quality and impact of Clarity's clinical work in the community. This role provides leadership to ensure our services are ethical, evidence‑based, and delivered with care and compassion.

The Head of Clinical Services supports and mentors clinicians, strengthens clinical systems, and helps shape how we respond to the mental health needs of those we serve. We are looking for someone with strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for leading and growing a dedicated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of Clarity's clinical services and clinical team
  • Uphold high standards of ethical and professional clinical practice
  • Support clinicians through supervision, consultation, and professional development
  • Guide service delivery, quality assurance, and service recovery when clinical issues arise
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable, effective services
  • Contribute to policy development, resource planning, and clinical workforce decisions
  • Deliver direct clinical work (e.g. supervision, consultation, psychotherapy)

Requirements

  • Masters in Clinical Psychology or equivalent from a reputable post-graduate programme
  • 5 years experience of clinical practice, after graduation from Masters programme
  • 2 years of clinical supervision experience, with relevant training clinical supervisionSRP-registered clinical supervisors, and/or applicants with past experience conducting small-group teaching sessions will be preferred
  • 2 years experience in a leadership position
  • SRP-registered psychologist (or professional registration with any other reputable professional body; e.g. APA, BPS, AHPRA)
  • Motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work adaptively in a team
  • Demonstrates cultural-sensitivity

Salary with commensurate with experience.
