Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: draft job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct background checks.
Oversee onboarding activities: conduct orientations, explain company policies, and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Build and maintain the company's talent pipeline by understanding hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs (e.g. health insurance, performance bonuses), ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Organise onboarding training and ongoing learning / professional development initiatives.
Handle offboarding procedures including exit interviews and clearance processes.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administer performance management processes: provide feedback, support performance improvement plans, and manage performance reviews.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records (personal data, attendance, benefits enrollment, etc.).
Prepare HR reports and analytics: turnover statistics, recruitment performance metrics, and other relevant metrics.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China (or other region specified) to provide support and alignment.
Update and maintain employee handbooks and company policy documents.
