Job Description & Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping clients improve their lives through movement. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and effective Pilates sessions while fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates classes.
- Conduct introductory sessions for potential clients, including fitness assessments and tailored program recommendations.
- Ensure clients use Pilates equipment safely and effectively.
- Adapt exercises and techniques based on individual client fitness levels, conditions, and goals.
- Educate clients on proper breathing techniques to enhance posture, core strength, and overall performance.
- Promote membership renewals and upgrades.
- Cross-sell studio products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
- Stay current with certifications and ongoing professional development.
- Participate in organizing and conducting client workshops or internal training sessions.
- Mentor and support junior instructors to maintain service quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor from an internationally recognized institution (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates, etc.).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional teaching experience.
- Skilled in working with a variety of populations, including clients with special conditions or injuries.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 150 teaching hours per month.
