Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist looking to deepen your clinical work in a more focused, women's health setting

At Embrace Physiotherapy, we are Singapore's only physiotherapy clinic dedicated entirely to women. MSK physiotherapy is at the core of how we deliver care not an add-on, but the foundation of how we treat women across sport, pregnancy, postnatal, and midlife.

We are looking for a senior physiotherapist who is confident managing MSK independently and values collaborative quality of care, and long-term outcomes to join us.

The role

You will work with females presenting with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:

• Spinal pain, including lumbar and cervical spine dysfunction
• Hip, knee, shoulder, and ankle injuries
• Pelvic girdle pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction during and after pregnancy
• Tendinopathy, ligament injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• MSK pain in perimenopausal and postmenopause, including joint pain, muscle deconditioning, and bone health
• Chronic MSK pain with central sensitisation

Your responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, writing clinical notes and reports, educating women about their condition and self-management, and contributing to case discussions with the wider team.

You will have access to a fully equipped dedicated exercise rehabilitation space, including a reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, and free weights, as well as real-time ultrasound, therapeutic ultrasound, and electrical stimulation devices.

You will also contribute to building and delivering our physiotherapist-led group class offering, including exercise rehabilitation and movement-based classes for our patient community.

Over time, with structured mentoring and support, you will develop skills in pelvic health physiotherapy. This is a pathway, not a prerequisite.

What we are looking for

Essential

• AHPC registered physiotherapist, or eligible for registration in Singapore
• Minimum 5 years musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment across the MSK spectrum
• Genuine interest in women's health and willingness to develop pelvic health skills over time
• Clear communicator with strong documentation skills
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable with both autonomy and teamwork
• FT or PT role

Desirable

• Experience working in private practice
• Experience delivering group classes or clinical rehabilitation programmes
• Experience working with young female athletes or dancers
• Experience with post-surgical or complex rehabilitation
• Pilates, yoga, or strength and conditioning certifications
• Dry needling, lymphoedema, or visceral therapy training
• Existing exposure to pelvic floor physiotherapy
