You will provide counselling and psychosocial support to patients and their families. You will assist patients in financial assistance applications and relevant referrals to community partners. You will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the successful integration of patients back into the community. You will also initiate and implement support programmes, as well as provide training to staff on the psychosocial aspects of illnesses.
Requirements
- Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work
- Keen interest to work in a clinical setting
