About the Role

My client is a global online trading provider offering access to CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, shares, and other financial instruments through advanced trading platforms

As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration for a fast‑growing trading platform.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership, Brand Management , Digital & Performance Marketing, Agency partnership and Mentorship responsibilities

About the job

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on high-impact performance and digital social campaigns.
  • Direct the regional digital roadmap across search, display, and social channels to drive lead acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across Search, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates, SEO, and mobile channels.
  • Oversee acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI‑driven digital initiatives.
  • Build, strengthen, and evolve the brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of external creative and media agencies to ensure media planning aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and provide detailed analytical reporting on campaign ROI and performance against key targets.
  • Serve as a primary brand custodian, ensuring all promotional content and strategic partnerships maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in brokerage, fintech, trading platforms, or banking.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and/or growth marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
