About the Brand Marketing Lead role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving global brand strategy and execution, ensuring a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all regions and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global brand visual identity management, ensuring consistent branding and trademark compliance across products and channels in APAC and EMEA region.
- Oversee all video branding, including product and NPI videos, templates, approvals, and corporate video updates.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, HR, regional teams, and agencies to deliver cohesive global branding initiatives.
- Support regional and APAC branding activities and optimize brand impact based on insights.
- Define brand messaging to strengthen positioning within the industry, differentiating from competitors and aligning with market trends.
To succeed in the Brand Marketing Lead role, you will need a strong background in B2B brand marketing, particularly within the electrical or semiconductor industry, and a proactive approach to driving brand visibility and reputation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in brand marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry would be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
