About the Job
- Design and implement end-to-end Google Ads campaigns aimed at boosting website visits, generating qualified leads, and increasing conversions.
- Perform keyword analysis and refine ad messaging to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) activities, managing bids, budgets, and ad placements for optimal ROI.
- Identify and source new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry listings, and online databases.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development objectives and enhance lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Inbound Marketing:
- Build and execute inbound strategies that attract prospects through valuable content, such as blogs, newsletters, and posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Plan and manage email campaigns, including automated sequences, to nurture leads along the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and enhance the corporate website, ensuring it remains a central tool in digital outreach.
- Adapt and tailor marketing content for international audiences, ensuring both cultural sensitivity and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide additional marketing support and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in driving lead-generation initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Odoo.
- Strong command of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and related platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor is a plus.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities.
- Innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
