Brand & Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships, events, trade promotions, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate closely with Channel and Sales Operations teams to roll out marketing activities that align with sales objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate and manage content development for both online and offline platforms, working in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage consumer feedback and enquiries effectively and work closely with QC when necessary.
- Work with various external agencies including creative, Public Relations, social media, vendors, and printers, to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing materials.
- Track and manage monthly A&P budgets and ensure adherence to allocated spend.
Monthly Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support marketing planning and innovation.
- Prepare and present campaign performance and monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of post-campaign reviews and ROI analysis.
Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Support additional marketing activities and projects as required by the department.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing or equivalent.
. Relevant experience in Brand Management would be an advantage.
. Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
. An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
. Independent, proactive, and able to work as a team in an ambiguous environment
