Job Overview:

Rxilient is a Singapore-based pharmaceutical company focusing on medical drug development, registration, and commercialization in Emerging Markets, mostly Southeast Asian countries, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, as well as Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Rxilient is seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Manager to run the company's HR and Admin department. As the HR Sr. Manager at Rxilient, you will lead all aspects of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role requires strategic orientation, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage HR and administrative operations effectively. You will act as a strategic advisor to the management team, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

  • Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, people performance management, and HR policies & SOPs.
  • Recruitment: Manage company talent-recruiting plan, including expense monitoring and resource allocation.
  • Compensation & Benefit: Oversight company-wide planning and operation of salary, compensation and benefits, including Singapore and other SEA countries.
  • Training & development: Provide suitable in-house training to company employees, including but not limited to on-board, off-board, QA compliance HR training, general annual awareness, etc. Liaison with function team to organize and provide function-specific training
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management team on HR planning and best practices to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Guide comprehensive HR-Business Partner support across all business units.

Administrative Functions:

  • Oversee administrative operations including daily facilities management, office operations, and corporate services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and internal SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures to support effective operations.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 6 years of experience in HR with Master's degree.
  • HR experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with proven experience covering HR, and administrative functions, is preferred.
  • Regional exposure in Southeast Asia and the Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory standards.

Work Skills:

  • High proficiency in HRIS software - QuickHR and BIPO, MS Office Suite, and familiar with enterprise IT systems
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
