Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT integration activities of a merger and acquisition project across infrastructure, applications, data, and security domains.
- Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, providing clear, concise updates and facilitating decision-making at the highest levels.
- Partner with global internal teams and external partners to align on integration goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure a smooth transition for impacted teams.
- Constantly identify risks , develop mitigation strategies, and escalate urgent issues as required.
- Manage external vendors and consultants involved in the integration process, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.
- Ensure all integration activities comply with IT governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
- Provide regular updates including status reports, KPIs, and financial summaries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 3+ years leading M&A or global integration initiatives.
- Experience developing and institutionalizing standards, frameworks, or playbooks for complex IT programs.
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise accurate judgment
- Experience leading global teams and cross-border projects
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignment.
