Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of key fundraising events, such as community health day, donor appreciation events, and special campaigns.
Grant Application: Research, write and submit grant applications to secure funding from foundation and corporate partners.
Impact Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, highlighting how their contributions have impacted the programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the internal stakeholders to identify funding needs and craft targeted fundraising strategies.
Communication: Partner with Corporate Communications team to create materials that effectively communicate SATA CommHealth's mission and funding needs.
Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Staff Development: Mentor and develop team members to build their skills and prepare them for leadership roles, ensuring strong pipeline for succession planning.
Education / Training / Experience
Bachelor Degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years in fundraising from a Voluntary Welfare Organisation.
Strong event planning and project management skills
Proactive, organized and detailed oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills
