Job Description
- Align fundraising strategy with company's mission to improve care access, patient empowerment, and healthcare innovation.
- Develop fundable programs with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Forge partnerships with charities, corporates, and philanthropic networks to strengthen fundraising impact.
- Lead fundraising across major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and community campaigns.
- Build and manage relationships with donors and sponsors to ensure sustained support.
- Oversee donor stewardship, ensuring recognition and impact reporting.
- Integrate fundraising with healthcare for broader outreach.
- Provide leadership across fundraising and communications functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Charities Act, and IPC governance standards.
- Serve as lead for the Fundraising Sub-Committee.
Job Requirements
- Min Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in non-profit leadership, fundraising, or philanthropy, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets.
