Job Summary

Join the Transformation and Program Management office to lead cross-functional transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with senior leadership and technology teams to drive strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional transformation programs across operating model redesign, process optimization, strategic partnerships, and post-merger integration
  • Define project goals, deliverables, technology program roadmaps, milestones, value targets, and success metrics to ensure measurable business impact
  • Identify and mitigate risks by driving structured planning and monitoring rhythms to ensure timely project execution
  • Drive prioritization processes across business, product, development, and functional teams to align resources and focus
  • Establish governance structures and reporting cadences for executive and board-level visibility
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and accountability across business, technology, and operations teams to influence cross-functional decisions
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership by translating strategic priorities into executable transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with technology leadership to ideate, plan, prioritize, and track select product priorities

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, deals advisory, or in-house corporate strategy 10-12 years with high-level strategic oversight for Deputy Director role
  • Proven experience managing large cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams (Deputy Director role)
  • Experience in structured PMO environments with governance, reporting, and steering committees
  • Exposure to transformation, operating model change, and post-merger integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated by resolving complex issues in dynamic environments
  • Effective stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in and drive collaboration across diverse teams
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to clearly articulate problems and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver independently in complex, fast-moving environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Experience in fintech or payments industry
