Lead the design and coordination of M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, ELV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection etc
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare engineering reports, and review drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Plan, manage, and supervise M&E works across all project phases.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of M&E systems.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
Conduct quality checks and ensure all M&E works meet design and safety standards.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.
Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate delivery of materials and systems.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
Ensure that systems function effectively and meet client requirements.
Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documents, and completion reports.
Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
Job Requirements:
Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, preferably possessed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, 5-8 years of experience for Senior position.
Proficient in M&E design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management
tools.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
