Job Description

Manage Mixed-Use, Retail & Commercial projects across APAC
Collaborate with designers & architects to develop unique architectural designs for architectural, facade and landscape assignments
Analyze and proposes solutions to complex design issues
Coordinate with client and consultants to solve the technical problems
Lead Documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor draft work
You will prepare presentations from
Oversee end to end process from concept stage to DD stage
Assist with preparation of client presentations and attend project meetings

Requirements

Minimum 7 years experience in Architecture with prior experience in retail settings
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software
Comfortable to travel (APAC)
