Senior Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mixed-Use, Retail, and Commercial projects across APAC.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to develop unique architectural designs for architectural, faade, and landscape assignments.
• Analyze and propose solutions to complex design issues.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical problems.
• Lead documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor draft work.
• Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from concept stage to DD stage.
• Assist with preparation of client presentations and attend project meetings.
