Job Description
- Advise on a wide range of technology, IP and commercial agreements
- Lead drafting and negotiations for licensing, technology transfer and R&D collaborations
- Support cross-border commercial contracts relating to global sales and partnerships
- Provide timely, practical legal advice to senior management and business teams
- Act as a trusted legal partner to internal stakeholders across multiple functions
- Manage and coordinate external counsel on foreign law and specialist matters
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer with an LLB (Honours) from a recognised university
- Admitted to practise law in Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and/or technology-related legal work
- Background from private practice, in-house, or a combination of both
- Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated commercial judgment, analytical rigour and communication skills
