Senior IT SAP Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Projects: Drive end-to-end execution of complex SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and global standards.

Expert Support & Operations: Deliver high-quality 3rd-level support for international SAP environments, ensuring reliability and performance.

Business Analysis & Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions through detailed analysis, concept development, and technical specifications.

Innovative Implementation: Implement solutions using the latest SAP technologiesvia custom development or advanced configuration.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and business units to optimise system performance and user experience.

Vendor & Partner Management: Define requirements and manage external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Knowledge Transfer & Enablement: Develop training materials and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to empower users and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in SAP project delivery and support, ideally in a global or complex enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP Workbench.
• Configuration knowledge in one or more of the following modules: PP/APO, PLM, QM, or BW.
• Experience in agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
