SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - Full time

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial design projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial interior design projects independently.
• Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings.
• Manage communications with clients, consultants, and Qualified Persons (QPs).
• Secure necessary authority approvals for project compliance.
• Conduct professional design presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Deep understanding of local authority submission requirements.
• Strong ability to manage project timelines and client expectations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
