Job Description

Our client is looking for a talented Senior Workplace (Office) Interior Designer. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong eye for workplace design, a flair for spatial storytelling, and a passion for interior environments who is eager to bring impactful concepts to life across diverse spaces.

What you'll be doing:

. Develop innovative and well-considered design solutions that meet project objectives

and client requirements.

. Provide conceptual thinking, research, and analysis for proposed projects.

. Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and presentation packages, to effectively communicate and secure client approval for design solutions.

. Ensure all design changes and solutions are accurately coordinated and integrated into project design documentation.

. Monitor and uphold design intent throughout site implementation and project execution.

. Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers to support their professional development and design output.

. Assist the Associate/ Lead Designer or Design Director in managing project schedules and deliverables for the interior design team.

. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.

Requirements:

. Minimum 8 years experience in corporate office interior design.

. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.

. Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.

. Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.

. Able to work as part of a team independently work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
