Responsibilities for ID :
- All rounded design involvement which includes Concept Design, Space Planning, Documentation, Joinery Detailing and Coordination
- Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
- Preparation of floor plans to be presented to client and building management
- Develop design concepts and 3D modeling to convey ideas to clients
- Preparation of production detailed drawings
- Responsible for colour coordination, selection of materials / textures / images, furniture / fittings, specifications and preparation of colour / material boards for presentations.
- Able to do presentations in front of clients.
- Collaborate with clients & contractors, in order to deliver the projects smoothly
Requirements for ID :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop & MS Office.
- Passionate in interior design with good knowledge in selection of colours and materials.
- Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
- Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers
