Job Summary
You will lead interior design projects from initial inquiry through to final completion, delivering innovative design solutions that meet client needs and drive project success. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to interior design inquiries and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and present layout concepts, design materials, and customized proposals that align with client vision and project goals
- Manage project execution by coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee project handover processes and prepare comprehensive completion documentation to ensure smooth transitions
- Verify that design implementation complies with approved plans, industry standards, and project specifications
- Create compelling presentations that communicate design intent, including color schemes and material boards, to facilitate client decision-making
- Prepare detailed construction specifications and design documents to guide project development and assist in material selection
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve issues and align expectations
- Independently manage projects from concept development through to final completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, vendors, and third parties to facilitate seamless project delivery and mitigate risks
