Responsibilities
- Lead multiple design projects to deliver innovative interior solutions that meet client goals while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives, present compelling design concepts, and build lasting professional relationships
- Develop creative design solutions encompassing space planning, color schemes, materials, lighting, and furniture selection to enhance functional and aesthetic outcomes
- Produce and oversee technical documentation including drawings, specifications, mood boards, and 3D renderings to ensure design clarity and accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and construction teams to ensure precise execution of design plans and resolve issues proactively
- Mentor junior designers by reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional development
- Manage project budgets by estimating costs, tracking expenses, and adjusting designs to maintain financial targets
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards to guarantee safe and lawful implementation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Minimally 3-4 years of professional design experience
