Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to carry out renovation tasks for residential, commercial office, retail, and F&B projects to meet project goals
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete renovation work accurately and within scheduled timelines
• Identify and propose practical solutions to clients to address renovation challenges and improve outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the renovation process to ensure safety and compliance
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and contractors to resolve issues and uphold project quality standards
• Adapt renovation methods to varying site conditions and client requirements to achieve satisfactory results
