Job Summary

Manage multiple design projects within the luxury hospitality sector, delivering innovative and timely design solutions that meet project requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to deliver solutions that meet project timelines and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, project teams, and stakeholders to align design outputs with client and project requirements
• Develop space planning strategies and design concepts that optimize functionality and aesthetics for luxury hospitality environments
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation to support project execution and construction phases
• Advise on material selection to ensure quality, durability, and design intent are achieved
• Create and present color proofs and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and facilitate stakeholder approvals
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive project environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design within the luxury hospitality industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in graphic design to enhance visual communication and presentation capabilities
• Demonstrated positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality design projects
