Join our dynamic team and lead the design of boutique retail and interior fit-out projects that blend creativity, function, and brand storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Lead the concept and design development for bespoke retail and interior spaces.
- Translate brand identity and customer experience into stunning spatial designs.
- Prepare 2D technical drawings (layouts, RCPs, elevations, joinery details) and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Produce 3D visualizations and renderings that bring concepts to life.
- Design shopfronts, display units, feature walls, and retail fixtures with strong attention to materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee site coordination, documentation, and submissions when required.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in boutique/retail interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong sense of aesthetics, materials, and retail space planning
- A creative problem-solver with excellent communication and project management skills
