Trusted HR business partner/advisor to the HODs and line managers on all HR related matters to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Work closely with HQ in deploying and implementing Group HR policies and guidelines and to localise HR processes and work flows as deemed fit.
Keep abreast of employment laws, regulations, guidelines and standards to ensure compliance at all times.
Develop HR plans in consultation with the HODs and key managers for their immediate and long-term business requirements.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including but not limited to participating in recruitment fairs conducting campus recruitment drives and career talks participating in Workforce Singapore programmes and initiatives and collaborating with industry partners and institutes of higher learning on their programmes and initiatives.
Develop annual training plan in consultation with the HODs, key managers and EM Learning to upskill the employees and meet statutory requirements for mandatory trainings.
Manage and administer foreign workers related matters including but not limited to employment and work passes matters, medical examinations, accommodation, transportation, meals, repatriation, mandatory primary care plan and medical insurance coverage.
Handle and provide advisory on employees relations matters, including but not limited to disciplinary issues, grievances, and other employee disputes.
Manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment of employees.
Administer and provide advisory on compensation & benefits, work injury compensation, training coordinator and others as required.
Support and organise regular employees wellness and engagement programmes.
Prepare, analyse and present HR statistics for monthly and other meetings.
Prepare and compile HR related information as requested by the HODs and key managers for internal reporting and for external reporting to the ministries, statutory boards, trade industries and professional bodies as required.
Project lead for HR related programmes and initiatives to support business needs, such as job redesign, skills framework and career conversion programmes.
Any tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of similar working experience in a mid to large-size organization with a fast-paced environment.
Experience in handling relationship with Union would be an advantage
Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent are welcome to apply.
