Position: Senior HR Executive (Training & Development) (Job ID: 20199)

Office hours | Must be flexible in learning
Must have Training & Development experience
Salary up to $5,300 (Depending on experiences)
Job Description:
(1) Training & Development
Design and implement structured training frameworks for employees across various levels.
Develop and continuously improve training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials to enhance knowledge transfer.
Establish skill maps and competency frameworks to assess and categorize employee capabilities.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to:
Equip them with effective tools and methodologies for on-the-job training
Standardize training practices across all levels
Create clear career development pathways to groom employees into future leadership roles.
Monitor, evaluate, and refine training programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
(2) Talent Development Framework
Build and manage a structured employee development journey from onboarding to full competency.
Define clear progression pathways across key operational functions.
Segment employees by competency levels and align tailored training programs accordingly.
(3) Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Design and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Facilitate a smooth transition from hiring to operational readiness.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in:
- Training & Development / Learning & Development (L&D)
- FMCG, or service-oriented industries
Experience in designing training frameworks or competency models is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of learning principles and training methodologies
Ability to create structured frameworks (e.g., skill maps, career progression models)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness
