Senior Recruitment Consultant / Lead Consultant

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Recruitment Consultant / Lead Consultant to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy during a pivotal phase of company expansion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on building systems from the ground up and possesses a deep understanding of specialized niche markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet aggressive hiring targets.

  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal department heads to translate business goals into precise job profiles and headcount plans.

  • End-to-End Sourcing: . Utilize digital platforms (portals, job boards, social media) and traditional media (print, posters) for maximum reach.

    • Build a robust pipeline of passive talent through networking and industry outreach.

  • Candidate Evaluation: . Screen candidates via preliminary calls to gauge personality, interest, and salary alignment.

    • Develop specialized interview rubrics and pre-interview assessments.

    • Lead in-person and video interviews for shortlisted talent.

  • Process Excellence: Document all hiring workflows and maintain long-term relationships with our talent community (including past applicants).

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements to ensure our hiring procedures remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience recruiting within the Logistics, Legal, or Maritime industries is highly advantageous.

  • Certification: Possession of a CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is preferred.

  • Agency Background: Prior experience working within employment agencies is a strong plus.

  • Soft Skills: You must be meticulous, persistent, and highly responsible.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to move beyond filling seats to developing long-term hiring procedures.
