Job Summary

Micron is looking for a dynamic Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Micron's workforce by driving high-impact hiring initiatives and leading recruitment programs that align with our business priorities. This is NOT a transactional recruiting role. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded recruiter who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, understands technical and manufacturing talent markets, and can operate as a trusted hiring advisor. Based on-site in Woodlands, this is an opportunity to influence talent strategies, partner with senior leaders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Main Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring Delivery

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technician and technical professional roles based in Woodlands.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and drive timely hiring decisions.

  • Proactively source, assess, and engage talent using multiple channels including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and talent pools.

  • Drive high volume hiring with strong attention to candidate experience, quality, and compliance.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and data based guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, onboarding teams, and other TA colleagues to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding outcomes.

  • Manage recruiter-hiring manager expectations through clear communication, structured intake discussions, and regular updates.

Talent Pipelines & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for priority roles and recurring skillsets.

  • Support campus hiring, outreach events, industry engagement, and branding activities when required.

  • Stay current on local labor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent supply dynamics in Singapore.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure all hiring activities are compliant with local regulations and Micron hiring policies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and data within recruiting systems.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, engineering and/or high-tech industries

  • Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills - able to partner confidently

  • Proven expertise in program/project management

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision making

  • Strong proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred / Desirable Skills

  • Strong familiarity with high-volume hiring environments is highly valued

  • Experience in semiconductor industry.

  • Exposure to campus recruitment & employer branding is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and compliance standards.

  • Familiarity with audits (RBA, IATF, ISO), AI-powered recruitment tools or digital hiring platforms.
