Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives

Work with internal teams on projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to develop business, communication, and industry knowledge
Gain practical exposure to client portfolio management and relationship-building activities
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support materials when required
Take on ad hoc duties and projects assigned as part of the development program
