This is a generalist role with a focus on managing matters related to blue-collar workers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles, handling onboarding and offboarding activities, and managing work pass applications.
You will liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on all foreign worker-related matters, review and enhance HR processes, generate reports on quotas and work passes, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
You have a strong understanding of employment regulations, possess effective communication skills, and are capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
