Job scope

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage work passes (WP/S Pass/EP) applications, renewals, medical checks, and relevant administrative matters.
• Oversee company car administration and coordinate related maintenance matters.
• Liaise with JTC and other relevant authorities on corporate matters.
• Attend to tenant needs and general office administration.
• Manage payroll, medical/dental claims, insurance, and staff welfare programs.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required to support business operations.
